1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by Silk Enclave Private Limited ("Silk Enclave", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. About us

Silk Enclave Private Limited is a private limited company registered in Pakistan, with its office at 31-F/1, New Lalazar, Caltax Road, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi, Punjab 46000, Pakistan. We provide AI agents, web development, SaaS development, business automation, generative AI, data science and AI marketing services.

3. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or related systems;
• introduce viruses, malware or any harmful code;
• copy, scrape or republish website content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms.

4. Services & proposals

Each project is described in a written proposal, statement of work or agreement ("Agreement") that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. If anything in an Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Agreement takes priority. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately as a change request.

5. Quotes, pricing & payment

• Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change without notice. The price stated in your accepted proposal or invoice applies.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, third-party licences, hosting and paid API or advertising costs.
• Projects may require an advance payment, with the balance billed in milestones as set out in the Agreement.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
• Monthly and yearly retainers renew automatically unless cancelled in line with the notice period in the Agreement.

6. Client responsibilities

To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, content, feedback, approvals and access to required systems promptly. You confirm that you have the right to share any data, content or materials you provide to us, and that their use in the project will not infringe anyone else's rights or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

• Website content. All content on this website (text, graphics, logos and code) belongs to Silk Enclave Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
• Project deliverables. Unless the Agreement says otherwise, ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you once all related fees have been paid in full.
• Our tools and know-how. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates and general know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
• Third-party components. Open-source software, third-party libraries, fonts, images and APIs remain subject to their own licences.
• We may mention you as a client and show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the project. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.

9. AI-generated output

Many of our solutions use artificial-intelligence models. AI systems can occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected results. We design solutions with testing, guardrails and human hand-off, but you remain responsible for reviewing important outputs and for decisions made using them, particularly in legal, financial, medical or other high-impact contexts.

10. Warranties & disclaimers

We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in an Agreement, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. We do not guarantee specific business results such as rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silk Enclave Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from any project is limited to the fees you paid to us for that project in the three (3) months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Silk Enclave Private Limited harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or services, or materials and data you supply to us.

13. Third-party services & links

The website and our solutions may link to or rely on third-party services (for example hosting providers, AI model providers, payment gateways, WhatsApp or Google services). We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

14. Termination

Either party may end a project or retainer as set out in the Agreement. On termination you will pay for work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date. We may suspend access to the website for anyone who breaches these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
